Apply in the morning after cleansing, toning and applying your usual cream, work from the centre outwards in straight motions. Continue down the neck, from the chin to the cleavage. Blend well across hairline, eyebrows, sides of the nose, face contours, ears.
Wash hands after use.

In the morning, apply evenly all over your body, blending well around the knees, elbows, feet and other areas that tend to soak up more colour. Wash hands after use. Apply every day until you reach the desired intensity of tan.
