We ensure maximum customer satisfaction, allowing to return the purchased products.
Right of withdrawal
If the customer is not satisfied with the product or if the products that have been sent do not meet the customer's requirements, it is possible to return the purchase within 10 working days from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only by the person who made the purchase (the invoice holder), not by other people who may have received the delivery. The return of the products is subject to acceptance of the product by Diego dalla Palma Milano. To make a return, please contact our customer service providing the following information:

Returns of purchased items shall not be accepted if the above-mentioned procedure has not been completed.
Condition for the acceptance of the return
To accept the return we must make sure that the product has not been used and that it has not suffered any type of damage. Returned products must be shipped within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order in their original packaging or, if damaged, in a packaging of equivalent size and sturdiness. The return shall be refunded only if all these conditions are met. Shipping and handling fees shall not be refunded.
Returns shipping fees
If you intend to withdraw from a purchase, return shipping fees shall be paid by the customer. Even if a product is returned with a request for permanent return, replacement or exchange because it does not correspond to what was requested or is intrinsically defective (in all cases for products that have not been used) the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer. Once the nature of the return has been verified and the request has been accepted, the cost of returning the product shall be borne by Diego dalla Palma Milano.
It is not possible to return products purchased in the online store Diego dalla Palma Milano physical stores or at stores that distribute Diego dalla Palma Milano products.
Refunds
After the return has been received and the compliance with all the requirements has been checked, an acceptance confirmation email shall be sent to the customer and the amount paid shall be refunded. For credit card purchases, the time required to view the refund shall depend on your credit institution. The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the debit.
