RETURN PROCEDURE

If you are not satisfied with the product or if products not conforming to your order have been sent, you may return your purchase within 14 days of product delivery.
The return of products is subject to acceptance by Diego dalla Palma Milano. To make a return, please contact our customer service with the following information:


- First name and Last name
- Order reference number
- SKUs and quantities of the products you wish to return
- Confirmation that the products are new, unused, and with original packaging (if applicable)
-Confirmation of the date of receipt of the goods
- Address for pickup and preferred day/time

Once authorization has been received from customer service, the products should be shipped to the following address:

Returns of items purchased without following the above procedure will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE

To accept the return, we must first verify that the product has not been used and has not suffered any damage. Returned products must be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and strength. We will issue a refund for the return only if all these conditions are met. The return shipping costs are borne by the final consumer and amount to €5, which will be deducted from the order refund, only if the return is accepted.

 


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, the shipping costs for returning the product, amounting to €5, are borne by the end customer. Even if a product is returned for a final return request, replacement, or exchange because it does not conform to what was requested or due to inherent defectiveness (always relative to unused products), the return costs will be borne by the customer. In case of non-conformity of the delivered product, once we have verified the nature of the return and accepted the complaint, the costs of returning the product will be borne by Diego dalla Palma Milano.

It is not possible to return products purchased from the online store at physical Diego dalla Palma Milano stores or at stores that distribute Diego dalla Palma Milano products.


 

RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE ITALY)

For orders placed outside of Italian territory, the return procedure is entirely at the expense of the end customer. If you wish to return one or more products, you will need to arrange shipping via a courier of your choice and directly bear the shipping costs. Please remember that products must be new, unused, and complete with their original packaging (where applicable). Before processing the refund, our team will verify the integrity and condition of the returned products. Only if successful will the refund be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

 


REFUND

After we have received the return and checked that all requirements have been met, we will send a confirmation email to the customer and then proceed with crediting the amount paid. For purchases made with a credit card, the time required to see the refund will depend on your credit institution. The value date of the credit will in any case be the same as the debit date.
