Shipping and returns

We know how important it is to receive your products quickly and without worries. That's why we have organized our shipments in a clear and transparent way, so you can choose with peace of mind and always know what to expect.

Orders placed on the Diego dalla Palma online store with destination Italy are handled by GLS courier with standard shipping. Orders destined outside Italy are handled by GLS courier or another courier, depending on availability and the destination country.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are carefully prepared in our warehouses. Normally, orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 48 working hours of receipt. Delivery times in Italy range from 2 to 4 working days; for countries outside Italy, they vary according to the destination (see table in the next paragraph). In both cases, delivery times may be longer for remote areas (islands or hard-to-reach provinces), holidays or promotional periods, strikes, or force majeure events.
Deliveries are not made on holidays or pre-holidays.

Diego dalla Palma ships throughout Italy and to major European countries, with rates and delivery times indicated in the following table.

ATTENTION: Shipments are not made to the Spanish autonomous regions of Tenerife, Mallorca, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Shipping costs may vary without prior notice. The final shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and is displayed before payment.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package's shipment. Delivery is considered complete when the product has been delivered to the address specified during the order completion phase.

Upon delivery, please carefully check that:
- the packaging and tamper-evident seal are intact and show no signs of tampering;
- the number of products received matches what you ordered

In case of damage to the packaging or products, or if the content does not match what was ordered, it is important to report it promptly.
You can contact our Customer Service by filling out the contact form, indicating the order number and a brief description of what happened and, if possible, photos documenting the condition of the delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY 

In case of failed delivery due to absence at the indicated address, the courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day.

If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, Diego dalla Palma Customer Service will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If we are unable to reach you within the next 5 days, or in case of further absence at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to Diego dalla Palma.

After 30 days from the return of the products to Diego dalla Palma due to inability to deliver, the contract will be considered terminated and the order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c.
We will then proceed with the refund of the amount paid, minus return shipping costs and storage costs at the courier's branch.

The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to you via email. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
