Buildable powder.
Just like a tinted face powder (bronzing powder), it can be applied using a large brush all over the face or on specific parts. If you want higher coverage, use a latex sponge. This powder is not wet&dry, therefore the sponge must be used dry (neither wet nor damp). Ideal in warm weather as an alternative to cream foundation.
