DDP BEAUTY CLUB REGULATIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JOINING THE INITIATIVE CALLED
“BEAUTY CLUB DDP”

The company COSMETICA HUB SPA with registered office in Foro Buonaparte, 67 – 20121 Milan - Secondary office and place of storage of tax and accounting documents: Via S. Carlo 28 – 40023 Castel Guelfo di Bologna (BO) MI Company Register – Fiscal Code and VAT number: 09198410962 - MI REA – 2075274 announces the activity “BEAUTY CLUB DDP” under the terms and conditions specified below.

Type of business
This activity is carried out in accordance with art. 6 of Presidential Decree 430/2001 p.1 letter c) “Exclusions from prize-winning events”.

Period of participation in the initiative
The initiative will be valid from 05/08/24 to 31/07/25.

Territorial Scope
This initiative will take place exclusively for purchases on the website www.diegodallapalma.com

Recipients
The initiative is intended for end consumers registered with the BEAUTY CLUB DDP loyalty program.
The following are excluded and therefore cannot participate in the initiative:

  • Minors;
  • Those who have a relationship of collaboration and/or dependence with the Promoting Company and all the subjects involved in the organization and management of the initiative;
  • Retailers, wholesalers and retailers.
  • Those who are not enrolled in the BEAUTY CLUB DDP program

Products involved
All products are available for sale on www.diegodallapalma.com in all sizes.

Mechanics
All Recipients who, from 05/08/24 to 31/07/25, register for the “BEAUTY CLUB DDP” program in their reserved area and/or on the dedicated page https://diegodallapalma.com/pages/beauty-club-ddp and make purchases on the website www.diegodallapalma.com, will be entitled to a percentage discount based on the spending threshold made from the moment of registration to the program to 31/07/25 , as reported below:

  • DDP FRIEND : when you spend between €10.00 and €149.00 in one or more purchases, you will be entitled to a permanent 5% discount to be used on subsequent orders on the site;
  • DDP LOVER : when you spend between €150.00 and €299.00 in one or more purchases, you will be entitled to a permanent 15% discount to be used on subsequent orders on the site;
  • DDP ADDICTED : when you spend €300.00 or more in one or more purchases, you will be entitled to a permanent 20% discount to be used on subsequent orders on the site.

The discount will be valid on all orders placed on www.diegodallapalma.com starting from the date of receipt and will expire at the same time as the program expires, scheduled for July 31, 2025.

Furthermore, the "BEAUTY CLUB DDP" initiative provides every program member who has made at least one purchase on the website www.diegodallapalma.com between August 5, 2024, and July 31, 2025, with a 30% discount on their birthday. This discount can be used on one subsequent purchase within 7 calendar days of the purchase being recognized. To receive this benefit, the recipient must enter their date of birth during registration.

Finally, upon expiration of the program, scheduled for July 31, 2025 , each registered user will receive a discount coupon based on their purchasing profile:

  • DDP FRIEND : users who spend up to €149.00 will be entitled to a €15 discount voucher to use on their next order on the site;
  • DDP LOVER : the user who has spent between €150.00 and €299.00 will be entitled to a €30 discount voucher to use on his next order on the site;
  • DDP ADDICTED : users who spend €300.00 or more will be entitled to a €45 discount voucher to use on their next order on the site.

Each discount coupon must be used within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that all the discounts listed above cannot be combined with each other and/or with other codes.

The user profile relating to the card will be accessible from the user's reserved area and from the dedicated page https://diegodallapalma.com/pages/beauty-club-ddp .

Final Notes
Participation in this activity implies that the Recipient unconditionally and fully accepts the rules and clauses contained in these Terms & Conditions without any limitation.
COSMETICA HUB SPA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Recipients, including by updating these Terms and Conditions.
COSMETICA HUB SPA may suspend or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the BEAUTY CLUB DDP Loyalty Program for any reason at its sole discretion.
COSMETICA HUB SPA assumes no responsibility for events beyond its control, such as, but not limited to: access, impediment, malfunction, or difficulty regarding technical equipment, computers, cables, electronics, software, hardware, transmission, connection, or telephone lines that may prevent the Recipient from participating in this activity.
