HOW TO USE IT

Pick up the cream with the 101 professional angled eyebrow brush and apply it with light, upward strokes, starting from the lower part of the eyebrow and gradually moving upward. Start at the base of the nose and move toward the tail. Repeat until you achieve the desired result. Finish by applying the clear volumizing fixative.
