Texture - Formulaoil in water
It can be used to remove face, eye and lip makeup. For the eyes, soak a cotton pad and wrap it around the middle finger, cleanse upper eyelid first, starting from the top with downward strokes. Then fold the cotton pad on the clean side then remove eyelid and lower lash makeup from the inner corner outwards.
