HOW TO USE IT

Place the eyelash curler at the base of the lashes and squeeze gently for a few seconds. Release and, if desired, repeat half-way along the lash for a more natural curve. Apply as a primer coat under black mascara to enhance its colour and durability, or use it on its own as a blue mascara. When used daily, it acts as a treatment.
